NEW THIS SEASON: Scooter Pals offer a unique way to ride around portions of the Zoo in style!

These FUR-wheelers can accommodate up to two riders and are available as timed rentals, which means renters can ride their ScooterPals for as little or as long as they want – whether it’s for a quick thrill or a lengthier tour of Adventure Cove and Conservation Lake.

The rental process is quick and easy:

  • Simply scan the QR code (no app download needed) at the rental location.
  • Complete the form
  • Get ready to rent and roll!

ScooterPals can be rented near the rides in Adventure Cove and are programmed to only operate within the Adventure Cove area, around Conservation Lake, and in the Asia Quest loop. Beyond those areas, the scooter will slow to a stop until riders re-enter one of those areas. 

 

Renter Requirements
Must be 16 years or older to rent and drive.
Only two guests are permitted per Scooter Pal.
Riders must be over 36" tall.
Total weight capacity for all riders is 440 pounds.

 

Know Before You Go

  • ScooterPals are not intended to take the place of an ECV or mobility device. Visit our Rentals page for more information on those. 
  • ScooterPal rentals are first come, first serve. 
  • The rental charge will not end until the ScooterPal has been returned to its docking station in Adventure Cove. 
  • ScooterPals are not included in Gold Memberships, VIP passes, or with a ZooMore wristband purchase. 
  • A $30 pre-authorization charge will be held on credit cards. There is no cash option for this rental.
